Ruxandra CRACIUN is the founder and managing partner of AVOBEL. She joined the Brussels Bar in 2011 and has also been a member of the Iasi Bar since 2005.

Her professional practice focuses primarily on the law of companies in difficulty, bankruptcy, and judicial reorganization. In 2021, Ruxandra also obtained the University Certificate for Crisis Representative following the training provided by the FUCaM Workshops.

Through the practice of her profession, she has acquired in-depth knowledge of the business environment and works daily for a significant number of companies both in the context of litigation and through consultancy missions.
